who couldn't find a way to prepare.
We applied for graduate roles at the same companies you're applying to. We went through the same automated screening. We built forge because the preparation tools that existed were either useless or unaffordable.
Who we are
Founded by final year students.
forge was founded by final year students — one running product, content, and partnerships, the other building everything you see: the full-stack platform, the AI pipelines, the adaptive assessment engine.
We built forge because we were the target users. We've sat SHL tests, AON games, and HireVue interviews for real graduate applications. We know what the formats look like, where the traps are, and why generic prep doesn't work.
forge is live at forgeprep.io, reached 500+ registered users within two weeks of launch with no paid advertising, and is growing through organic content and word of mouth. We're a community first. The platform is what we built so the community has something to practise on.
