Information we process

We process account details, assessment activity and results, purchases and token balances, support communications, and technical usage information needed to operate and secure forge.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service, save your progress, generate results and recommendations, administer payments and tokens, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve product quality.

Assessment results

Your completion status, score and assessment results may be retained with your account so you can review progress between sessions. We retain information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, security and transaction-record requirements.

Roles sent by employers

When you send us a role to list, we process the details you give, including your name and work email, to review, verify and publish it and to contact you about it. Submissions are checked for signs of fraud by our systems, which can include an AI model, before a person reviews them. We keep each submission, its check result and a one-way hash of the connection's IP address (used only to limit repeated submissions), and delete submissions we reject within 90 days. Clicks on job listings are counted in our analytics; applications happen on the employer's site, under the employer's own privacy policy.

Service providers and transfers

We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics and AI-powered features. They process information for forge under their own security and contractual obligations. Information may be processed outside your country.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. Contact operations@forgeprep.io.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as forge changes and will publish the revised date here.
