What changed since 2021+

One candidate described the 2021 intake as application, Pymetrics games, HireVue, Intern Experiential Day, then a hiring manager interview. From January 2025 the games no longer appear in reports: the HackerRank screening test and the SHL aptitude test sit in that slot.
