TL;DRthe 30-second version
  • Every employer here has hired at least one international graduate of a Singapore university — recorded outcomes, not a “top employers” ranking.
  • Semiconductors, engineering and professional services dominate the list — not the banks and consultancies most students apply to first.
  • Micron Technology, EY and PwC hired the most, and all of the Big Four appear.
  • Employers with more than one recorded hire are named below; the full list is free with a Forge account.
Definition

An international graduate employer in Singapore is a company that has hired an international graduate of a Singapore university — someone who came to Singapore to study rather than growing up here. Forge’s list covers 96 such companies.

If you are an international student in Singapore, the hard part of a job search is not finding openings. It is working out which of those openings realistically lead to a hire. Company careers pages do not tell you. Forums give you anecdotes. Generic “top graduate employer” lists are written for local students.

So we built the list from the other direction: instead of asking who says they hire international graduates, we recorded where international graduates from Singapore universities actually ended up. Every company below hired at least one.

What this list is — and what it isn't

These are real hires, not predictions — and the list is a starting point, not a complete map. Forge publishes employers only, never individual graduates.

A company missing from this list is not evidence that it does not hire international graduates. And a past hire is not a statement about any employer’s current work-pass policy or open roles, both of which change year to year.

The employers that hired the most international graduates

A single hire at a company is an anecdote. A repeated one is a pattern. The employers below each hired more than one international graduate, which makes them the most reliable names on the list — led by Micron Technology, and with all of the Big Four represented.

What the list tells you about where to apply

The single most useful pattern in this data is what isn’t at the top. Semiconductor and hardware manufacturers are the largest single sector in the list — led by Micron Technology, and running well beyond it — and engineering, maritime and construction employers make up another large block. Most international students start their search at the banks and the consultancies. The evidence suggests the deeper pool is in manufacturing, engineering and deep tech.

Professional services is the other consistent performer: EY, PwC, KPMG and Deloitte all appear, and the Big Four between them account for a meaningful share of the whole list, with EY the strongest of the four.

Use the list as a shortlist, not a guarantee

Applying to a company on this list does not mean you will be hired, and applying to one that is absent does not mean you will not. What the list buys you is a better starting order: begin with employers where a graduate like you has demonstrably been hired before, rather than with the names you happen to recognise.

Once you have your shortlist, the assessment is the next filter

Nearly every employer on this list screens graduates with an online assessment before a human reads your application — usually a numerical, verbal or logical reasoning test from a provider like SHL, Aon or Cappfinity. That stage rejects more candidates than the interview does, and it is the one part of the process you can prepare for directly.

If you are targeting the professional services firms on this list, start with our PwC assessment guide and Deloitte assessment guide. For the banks, see Singapore bank assessments. If you do not yet know which test you are facing, start with how psychometric tests work.

Which companies hire international graduates in Singapore?+

Forge has recorded international graduates from Singapore universities being hired across 96 companies. The employers that hired the most are Micron Technology, EY, PwC, Dell Technologies and Keppel, followed by KPMG, Deloitte, Bank of Singapore, MUFG, Seatrium, Squarepoint and UOB.

Does this mean these companies sponsor work passes?+

Not necessarily. The list records where international graduates were observed to have been hired. It is evidence that a hire happened, not a statement of any company's current pass sponsorship policy, which can change year to year.

Is this every company that hires international graduates in Singapore?+

No. These are the hires Forge was able to record — many more exist that are not on this list. A company's absence from this list is not evidence that it does not hire international graduates.

How much does the full list cost?+

Nothing. The complete list is free — it only requires a free Forge account.

Which industries hire the most international graduates in Singapore?+

In Forge's data, semiconductor and hardware manufacturing is the largest single sector, followed by engineering, maritime and construction, then professional services (audit and consulting) and banking. Most international students concentrate their applications on banking and consulting, which the data suggests is a narrower pool than manufacturing and engineering.

How recent are these hires?+

The list reflects hires recorded up to 2026. Hiring patterns shift, so treat it as evidence of where international graduates have been hired recently rather than a guarantee about any employer's current intake.
